How To Do Homework In Eight Easy Steps

Wed Aug 19, 2009, 9:57 AM
Something I learned a few minutes ago that I thought might help someone else. It's also here for my reference, so I don't have an excuse. Step One is the step I think most people don't know or don't use, so try it next time you have a nasty assignment you've been putting off.

Step One
Remove your wireless adaptor or ethernet cable. If you need to research something then remove the adaptor/cable the moment your research is done. If your wireless adaptor is built into your machine, then unplug your modem and tell everyone else using it to deal with it.

Step Two
Put some chillout music on quietly in the background.

Step Three
Do homework. Don't stop.

Step Four*
Read over homework, make sure nothing is glaringly wrong.

Step Five*
Print homework.

Step Six
Place homework in appropriate receptacle for school/college/university.

Step Seven
Replace wireless adaptor or ethernet cable.

Step Eight
Relax in the knowledge that your homework is done.

*Steps Four and Five are interchangeable if you find reading on the computer screen a problem, but remember to repeat Step Five if you make any changes.

So yeah.

Guess Who's On YouTube!

Sat Jul 25, 2009, 9:40 AM
Yup, that's right, I finally got around to getting a YouTube account. So far there's only a making-of video of Cutter, but there ought to be some more stuff and things on there soonish.

Wow, Thank You /Very/ Much

Fri Jul 24, 2009, 4:35 AM
Over the past day or two, I've been overwhelmed with faves and watches that, for me, are completely unprecedented. I'm flattered, really. Thank you all, I'm chuffed to bits. I'm going to stop now, I feel like I'm making an awards ceremony speech.
