Yes, this is what I come up with while trying to work off migraines.

For those of you that remember him from [link] , this is Orpheus Aellus, after a major overhaul. It’s probably not permanent; I just really felt like doing something machine-y. And, as I’ve recently rediscovered my love for Warhammer 40k, what better than a techpriest enginseer? And, given that I described Orph as one in the description to that WIP that will probably never be finished, what better subject?

The scars were a pain in the backside, and the shading took a helluvalot of tweaking to make it not look like arse (but it still looks like arse), but it was still a lot of fun. I’m really pleased with the metal bits, especially the face. And yes, I know he was blue-black in the previous piece, but he’s an arctic fox. This is his winter coat.

There may be those who object to depicting a GW concept as an anthro (not a furry), but hey, deal with it. I don’t feel confident enough with my humans yet, so for this I decided to stick to my area of expertise.

And no, I don’t know why he’s shirtless. Probably so I didn’t have to draw those !*&$ing robes. Gods, I hate robes.
